Is a spider bite record-able on OSHA 300?

A spider bite can be recordable on the OSHA 300 log if it meets certain criteria. Specifically, it must result in a work-related injury or illness that requires medical treatment beyond first aid, causes loss of consciousness, substantial disruption of work, or results in a transfer to another job.
