Is herobrine in Minecraft

Herobrine is a user-created character that has never ever made any physical appearance or manifestation in minecraft. During the time of Herobrines invention, he did not get much attention or popularity from the Minecraft community.

Herobrine only became popular and well-known after a hoax-livestream video was made, by a server as a joke, showing "Herobrine" in survival mode.

Notch and Mojang all deny the existence of Herobrine.
