Do blisters bleed

Regular white blisters should not normally bleed, but sometimes when you pinch your skin hard, a 'Blood blister' forms. This should not bleed, either, but for some reason, people often cannot let the body handle the issue naturally, so they start poking and messing around until slight bleeding occurs.
