Just off the cuff, I come up with the following women of integrity who are mentioned in Biblical texts. I am sure there are many more which others will add to this initial list

Sarah - Wife to Abraham (Genesis 17-25)

Ruth - Wife of Boaz - The book of Ruth

Rebekah - Wife of Isaac (Genesis 24 -28)

Leah and Rachel - The wives of Jacob (Genesis 29)

Deborah - judge of Israel (Judges 4,5)

Mary - Mother to Jesus - (Luke 1)

The Woman at the well - (John 4)

Elisabeth - Mother of John the Baptist and cousin to Mary (Luke 1)
