Why is is necessary to wear clean protective clothing when caring for a patient?

Why would you not want to wear protective clothing when handling patients.

1. You do not want to carry any harmful organisms around the hospital at which you work.

2. You would not want to bring any bacterium home.

3. It protects you from acquiring the same sickness as the patient.
