Go-cart carb keeps flooding why?

A go-kart carburetor may flood due to several reasons, including a stuck float, a dirty needle and seat, or excessive fuel pressure. If the float is stuck in the open position, it can cause fuel to continuously flow into the carburetor. Additionally, debris in the needle and seat can prevent proper sealing, leading to fuel overflow. Checking and cleaning these components usually resolves the flooding issue.
