What awards has Dr Wilder Penfield won?

Dr. Wilder Penfield won numerous awards during his career, including the Lister Medal for contributions to surgical science, the Albert Lasker Award for Clinical Medical Research, and the Presidential Medal of Freedom. He was also appointed a Companion of the Order of Canada.
