A patient has had episiotomy a month back. a small pinhole size wound remains which ruptures again and again and pus comes out from it . and how to treat it?

Hi, I'm a midwife.... If your wound is dehissing as we call it (Breaks down) and there is pus, you must have it first looked at by your GP to treat the infection. He will then refer you back to the Obstetric Clinic who will resuture it or take a closer look to see what the problem is and whether it will resolve itself.
