Where do you find the fuse box in a 1995 Cadillac sedan de ville?

There are two fuse boxes in a 1995 De ville, one is in the trunk on the drivers side next to the trunk release and the other is under the hood driver's side by the wiper fluide bottle. It maybe under the back seat. The battery is under the back seat in our 2001 Cadillac.
