What are your suggestion about unemployment?

Unemployment is a state of mind only as real as the employees, employed or unemployed, who maintain it. In order to be unemployed, one must necessarily view themselves as a future employee instead of a business person or entrepreneur. With every rise in unemployment levels new start up businesses by former employees rise. Because of market volatility and the variance in effort and knowledge by those start up entrepreneurs, many have failed and many will fail in the future. Of those failures, some will keep trying and some will give up and decide they are, after all, merely an employee.
