How can you transfer files to the Samsung vice?

plug the phone into the computer via usb. then , go to the menu, then to video, then to memory card, then to connect to pc. should show up in 'my computer'. not sure the rest, or the type of file it can play as far as music goes, but it makes a good 150$ usb drive anyway
