Why would your 92 geo storm gsi just die while driving now it apears its froze up what happend and can it be fixed?

Depends on what you mean by frose up. if it doesn't turn over then it could be an oil pump or your out of oil. In which case, to try and save the block you might want to pour automatic Transmission Fluid into the cylenders to try and uncease them and then try to get it to turn over. Before you do this check to make sure there is oil in the oilpan. If so then you might want to change the oil pump.
