Can you be pregnant if your pregnancy test says negative and you feel the symptoms and feel like you should be on your period?

Yes, I have two kids and one on the way and my first two tested negative twice for 2 months through a home pregnancy test. The only sure fire way to tell is to go get a blood test done as these are far more sensitive then regular home tests.
