What is mail that is returned to sender?

Mail that is returned to sender could be these reasons:

• Not enough postage
• Wrong address
• If UPS or other courier services you may not have been home and when they leave you the tag on the door and you don't pick up the package for several days UPS will only keep it for so long and then return to sender.
