No, it is a fake, created by the combination of two real but unrelated photographs: (1) a picture of a great white shark taken by South African photographer Charles Maxwell and (2) an Air Force photo of a Pave Hawk helicopter from the rescue wing of a California National Guard unit taken by Lance Cheung.
