How do you change the serpentine belt on a 1990 Chrysler Imperial 3.3L?

With a long 15mm wrench or a tool for removal turn the spring loaded adjuster clockwise and while holding it in the release position remove belt off idler pulley. There is a diagram for installing the belt on a decal in the engine compartment.
