What does pocodot mean?

This is the term "polka dot" which is just another way to say "dotted" or covered with dots. The implication is that a solid colored area or fabric has round filled-circles of another color on it.

Classically, "polka dot" refers to the organized pattern of dancers that would appear in a polka dance, if seen from above.
