How many Harley Davidson 1983flhp were made?

The Milwaukee County Police Dept. had ordered 17 of these.....2 tone brown, belt drive. Traded all of them in on new bikes. 1 was totaled out, 10 were shipped to Germany, 1 is in my garage, that leaves 5 out there somewhere.
