The most obvious factors are the presence or availability of rich Natural Resources like oil, gas or precious metals where mining and oil exploration are viable and feasible. Others are the presence or availability of high quality education schools to make the citizens up to the challenge that new businesses concepts and processes evolve. The conduciveness of the country for its citizens to exercise freedom of expression and speech and the election system.
