No. Why would you be taking a pregnancy test if you're menstruating? If you're on your period, then obviously you are not pregnant. The whole point of a pregnancy test is if you've missed your period, not while you're on it.

However, you can sometimes have a period through your pregnancy. Quite a few women do.
