How do you set a combination on a California Pak luggage?

There is a small recessed button you must push in on the lock mine is located on the zipper side of the lock. look for it you will find it. Make sure the lock is open with the default combination that is was set with when you bought usually 000 or something like 1234 etc. After you find it on the lock set depress the button with a pen point or needle and enter your new combination. That's it you are done

You can also call them...if you can get through at 310.223.2500 ext 25 and they will send you an instruction sheet...If you get through. Their customer service is non-existent
