Why do some non voters delibertly chose no to vote?

With this question, it truly depends on the voter.

Some will say that they do not vote because their vote does not matter.

Others may abstain from voting because they are protesting political happenings.

Others are apathetic to happenings in Washington, and do not care enough to vote.
