What type of clothing did the people of Salem wear?

If we are talking Salem, Massachusetts back in puritan times, then females had everything covered up, neck to ankle. Everything was vry plain, often earth tones. Women also wore bonnets to cover up their pinned up hair. Men were very plain, and also wore very dark colors.
