i would say that you would need to be Polite, sociable and really friendly and coordinated, you would need to be able to listen to what the person wants and give good advice about what would look the best! and you would need to be convincing. cause they might think that one thing would look good but you know that it really wouldn't! being a cosmetologist you must have very great patients you also need to be honest if it doesn't go with their skin tone so they don't go around looking like a clown and saying you approved of it.
