How do you tell someone how you feel without scaring them away?

It's true that some men are afraid of commitment, but then you want to weed these guys out of your life. Many men love to hear from someone they love that they are loved too. Go for it! If the guy can't take it, then you've just had a good short-cut in life and it's time to move on until you find the right guy that would love to hear those Words. Take a chance that this guy loves you and just say, "I love you because _________." and give your reasons. Hopefully he will tell you he loves you too. If he can't handle it then he can't handle much out in the world and you don't need someone like that around you.

AnswerOn the other side of Marcy's answer, what if it's to soon. Different people move at different speeds. Especially when it comes to men and women. Women tend to fall in love alot faster then men, or realize that they are in love alot faster. A man may do alot of things to show a woman that he loves her, but he may not realize or he is too afraid to say "I Love You" too soon. This is just how I see it. I know that my man loves being aroud me, he loves doing special things for me, but he has been hurt before, (and so have I) so he want to make sure that when I say I love him, it is sincere. We have been together for 3 months now, and I think that I need to slow it down and just throw so much love at him, so there will be no doubt in his mind that I am in love with him. However let him know how you feel now, because no one is promised tomorrow.
