Dude if u beat the 8th gym bage go to dragons den [behind the gym use surf] then oh and u wont get the bage unless u do this then go to this elder and talk to him and he ask's u stuff and then u get the gym bage go out the dragons den answer your phone and proffeser elm talks then go to his lab talk to him he will give u a master ball
