Baking a 20 pound uncooked bone in ham: Romeve all skin leaving only 1/4 inch fat on ham. Place fat side up in pan (on a rack allows for more even cooking but isn't neccessary). I score the fat, place whole cloves in the slices and pinApple rings on top. Then while cooking I bruchj the ham with a mixture if brown sugar and mustar. I don't measure I just mix them together until I like the way it tastes. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and cook for 25 minutes per pound. Put it in before you go to bed at night and wake up to a wonderful smell. Good Luck!
