Who founded Journeys shoe store?

Journeys is a brand line owned by Genesco, a Tennessee-based shoe company that also owns Johnston & Murphy, Underground Station and Dockers. The company has been in the shoe business since 1924; Journeys has been its own brand line since 1987.
