Only just. If you consume 500 calories less per day. You could be the right weight in a month.
Well my cousin is 13 and he's 130 lbs he used to be over 160 lbs. He lost a lot of weight in little time and he's still trying to lose some. I'm 12 and about 115 lbs and I think I'm overweight. So, I'm starting to diet and exercise. I haven't excactly started yet, but by June I am. Here is my plan to lose weight:
Exercising-
Morning: work out 15 min. After school out: work out for 1 hr EVERY DAY
Eating/Drinking-
HEALTHY breakfast, HEALTHY lunch, HEALTHY dinner - 2 NON-CAFFINATED pops a wk, 1 CAFFINATED pop a month - 5 cups of water a day, 2 cups of milk a day
Snacking-
a couple HEALTHY snacks (banana, Apple, carrots, etc...) a day and no sweets/candy etc... So, try this and hopefully we both will lose some weight!
