What Do Target Sales Floor Team Members Do?

Sales Floor TM works the floor. Answer buzzer calls from guests, zone, re-shop (put things away that guests have left all over the store or at the front lanes), stock and if the cashiers are backed up you help them out. It's a pretty easy job and can be fun if you have the right STL, ETL's and TL's.
