Why does he not talk to you?

Well, there is many possible answers to this but here are a few( all depending if it's involved with a guy)

- He doesn't you

- if he does like you, he's either nervous to talk to you or embarrassed

- If you two are just friends maybe it's just a personal problem

- Or he's mad
