If a guy likes you will he blush when he is around you?

If a guy looks at you, then you look at him and he looks away blushing, that could mean two things, like if he likes you or if he was daydreaming and you caught him staring at you.

Or if you pull his trousers down and he blushes because there are people there, i don't think that means he likes you lol
