How do you get more than one animal in animal jam?

. I Seriously think that can't happen.It is a childrens website. Buy another animal if you want more then one.

even more improved: i know that you can not breed an animal in the game,

but i wish you could, because some of the players in the game kind of fall in love with other animals.
