What does it mean when you say Screeching The Tires or You just totally screeched the tires etc etc etc?

When you say "You just screeched the tires." It means that person totally just ruined the moment!

Example:

You're really having a moment with your boy friend and he says, "Wanna go order a Pizza?"

Or you and you're friend just settled a huge fight and she says, "I'm bored." That would totally screech the tires!

Why they say, "Screeching the tires":

When you're driving along a nice smooth road, everything's nice and then BAM! you hiot the breaks and the tires make that annoying screeching sound and everything is ruined.
