Has a baseball player ever played for two teams on the same day?

I'm not 100% sure but I have never seen or heard of a game with only one Baseball used for the fact that the pitcher would have to of pitched a perfect game, only has happened 17 times, and would had to have never thrown a pitch that hit the ground or had a batter hit a fowl ball. So with those chances I'm sure its never happened.
