In what did egyptians bury their kings?

Farmers during their growing season and slaves built pyramids as a tomb for their rulers. Before the dead body was buried, people preserved the bodies and rapped them as mummies for what they believed was called the "afterlife"- a life after death. They also placed important tablets and other useful items for the afterlife. The even had a book written call "The book of the Dead" that the mummies are also given for the afterlife.
