What were the advantages of Jamestown's location?

There were NO advantages with the Jamestown location. If they had looked for the worse spot in the entire area on purpose they found it. It had bad water, mosquitoes, disease, and an empire of 15000 Native Americans living there. 104 men landed there and within 6 months only 34 were alive. Disease and starvation had gotten to them.
