Can you take mucinex and cefprozil together?

i really need to know the answer to this question also. my ear is very stuffy and i cant hear out of it, but the doctor already put me on Cefprozil (Cefzil) for my OTHER ear infection from two days ago. this one just started a few hours ago. im pretty sure mucinex will help the stuffiness in my ear. i just don't know if i can take it with cefzil.
