How do you get a copy of your 941 form?

Only employers have, or actually send the IRS, a Form 941 - quarterly. There is no such thing with an employees name on it. It is on a company wide basis and relevant to payroll periods and deposits made through that time. Frequently, it is required to be electronically filed and hardcopy isn't much more than a receipt. If your an employer needing a copy contact your payroll service center...although don't be suprised that it may take a very long time to get it. Although youshuld be able to produce whatever info you provided from your payroll records easier.
