*High-fiber cereal with low-fat, reduced-fat, or skim milk
*Oatmeal (adding fresh fruit or nuts is great on top, too!)
*Toast (add low-fat butter or jams / jellies for added flavor)
*Granola bar (look for one with added nutrients and fiber in it)
*Scrambled egg with 2 slices of low-fat bacon
*Grits
