How much does a radicchio bunch weigh in grams?

That is a difficult question to answer, since there are several varieties of radicchio and the sized of the head depends on the variety and what the customer wants. I grow radicchio and I don't let my heads get past 4 ounce in weight. My customers want just a little bit of young radicchio.
