Wild rabbits get water from streams, rivers puddles, and they also get water from fresh vegetation: grass and other fresh plants have water content in them.

First answer: In a cage give them a water bottle.
Second answer: It's best to give your house rabbits a heavy crock to drink water from. It's more natural and more comfortable for them.
