What is the wheel bolt pattern for a Porsche 356?

1963 and earlier 356s, i.e., the 356B model and earlier, had four-wheel drum brakes and used the same 5 x 205 mm lug pattern. The 1964 and later 356C had four-wheel disc brakes with the 5 x 130 mm Porsche pattern.
