What is the fastest 250cc Motorcycle in production today?

Current production would be the Kawasaki Ninja 250R at 30 hp. For 2011, it could be expected that the CBR 250r will top that.

However, the fastest 250 4 stroke production motorcycle of all time past and present still remains the discontinued 1990 FZR 250 with 45 hp, 4 cyclinders with 4 valves each, liquid cooling, a variable exhaust system and a rev limit of 17000. These specifications have not been matched since.
