Well i m here pen down my opinion .- Hydra is such a crane that that is often imbalance while working . It can easily toppled if the load is little much heavy that SWL. The counter weight also not technically sound if there any unwanted happening going on. It also proof that the pivot point is not in right position. Let i here better to tell hydra is designed with a unplanned way. Hydra should band from India. The accident protential rate is also much higher.
