The best thing is go to a professional hairdresser to tell you which is best for you. But as you asked and have not had an answer yet i would say get it cut a bit shorter than your shoulders + long layers, I really like this. Right now bob's are in, like rhianna's. But I personally do not like these as they take a while to grow out.
