With local anesthesia, an IV needle, a scalpel and stitches. unless it is a baby and then it is usually done with no painkillers. first of all the foreskin is torn away from the glans because it is still attached at that early age then the foreskin is not so much cut away but crushed away with a special little device. It is a really horrible thing to do to a child. I would rather be assaulted by a catholic priest then a circumcising doctor or mohell any day.
