How can ethnocentrism be reduced?

There is probably nothing you can do about it. We must ask ourselves what is wrong with each culture being separate from other cultures and putting their own people first. Is it really immoral, or is that just being politically correct? We must ask ourselves if people who cannot be loyal to their own people and groups can be loyal to any group. Still, if we want to try to reduce it, we should all try to remember that we are all of equal worth inside.
