beat the gym leader then go to the guy with the boat on route 104. Than TALK TO HIM HE WILL TAKE U TO A ISLAND CALLED DEWFORD beat that gym leader than go to the cave there u get flash then ask the old man to take u to the next city and i dont want to spoil the rest of your game
