What Glock gun is best and is there hand gun training for people under 21 in pa?

While not a Glock, the Winchester 9mm is what I recommend the most it doesn't have a lot of kick a lot of power though good for home protection and a good side arm and there should be training you only have to be 18 usually.

Still not a Glock, but the Ruger LC9 is a good 9mm.
